SPACE, Inc. adds Grant Murschel as Director of Business and Real Estate Development
Grant Murschel joins SPACE, Inc. after serving the city of Midland for over 8 years as the Director of Planning and Community Development. SPACE, Inc. is a commercial interior design firm located in Midland, Michigan.

Murschel is involved in local organizations, including the Midland Business Alliance Young Professionals, Midland Housing Taskforce, INFUSE Great Lakes Bay, the Members First Credit Union Board of Directors, and the Midland Business Alliance’s Talent Attraction and Retention Committee.
He is a graduate of the 2020-21 class of Larson Center for Leadership of the Urban Land Institute of Michigan and is a 2018 RUBY award winner (Recognizing the Upward, Bright and Young of the Great Lakes Bay Region).
He holds a master’s degree in public administration from American Public University and a bachelor’s degree in geographic information systems and planning from Montana State University-Bozeman.
