WARRANTY ASSESSMENT PROGRAM
At SPACE we understand that your office furniture is a big investment. So, keeping your office furniture functioning perfectly and looking beautiful is important to you and to our team members. That is why we have developed our Warranty Assessment program. We want to make sure that we keep your furniture in the same great condition it was on the day we did your installation.
It works like this. On the annual anniversary date of your installation our Warranty Assessment Specialist or “SPACEman” as we like to think of him will come through your facility and check the products. If you are experiencing any warranty issues we will contact our manufacturers and fix the situation for free. You won’t have to think about it. We’ll take care of everything.
